The unit is a little unsteady, but it comes with hardware to connect it to the wall for security. It took both my husband and me to put it together, just because one of us held it steady while the other screwed in the parts. It is 23.38 inches wide and works fine with our toilet safety frame & rail. The final height is 68.3 inches with a depth of 10.5 inches. (If you have the touchless toilet, it might not work with that). The bottom shelf is 34 inches from the floor so it should fit over most toilets. The steel frame is durable and coated with a rust-resistant chrome finish. Instead of making it a decoration, I’ll probably use it to store cleaning supplies. The space saver has 3 large, fixed shelves that could hold a lot. Because of microscopic spray from flushing the toilet, I probably will not keep towels on it. It's great for storing facial tissues, an extra roll of toilet paper, decorative items, or a few light/small towels. I would suggest refraining from adding too much weight. The arch does flex somewhat once assembled. Then, at that point I did a final tighten of all the hardware. I found it easier to start at the front of the shelf and seemingly pull the back pieces together so that the holes would line up. It was a bit frustrating to screw in the shelf fronts. It was a good suggestion, because the alignment of the parts are specific to front/back, up/down, etc. The directions suggested that you follow the instructions closely as you put together your tower, to avoid wasting time later. Deep (to the back of the wall.) Don't forget to allow for room for the shower door handle, when the door is open, as you measure to see if the arch will fit. The measurements for this item are 23 in.
